We are listing these candidates here because they do get some credit for at least responding to our request to seek our endorsement.

PENALTIES OF PERJURY:
Three (3) candidates completed their questionnaires but did not properly sign it under penalties of perjury. A authentic penalty of perjury statement must have all the elements to be enforcable. It must have the date, the city and state and the
signature. Some candidates leave one or more of these items blank and thus making the penalty of purjury look done, but in reality, it is invalid. That is why we disqualify any "CFABA.ORG Candidate Questionnaire"™ that is not signed correctly.
CANDIDATE | OFFICE | STATE |
Peter "Pedro" De Baets | AD 47 | CA |
Robert P. Duckworth | CD | MD |
Steve Watt | SRD 17 | WY |
AUTORESPONDERS:
Some candidates sent us an autoresponder message but we did not consider them to be actual responses to our "CFABA.ORG Candidate Questionnaire"™ because they were just general in nature, most thanking us for our contact, and did not state anything about
their policy regarding candidate questionnaire's.
FAXED:
This election no candidate sent it by fax and not by e-mail.
